It's hard to believe that today is the last day of August, and therefore the last day to order from the Summer Mini Catalog! Where did the summer go?! My absolute favorite image from the Summer Mini has to be this super cute Hello Blossoms, so here's a few happy cards I made using this stamp.
This trio of cards all use the color combo of Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight & Basic Black. The DSP is from the Brights Patterns Paper Stack.
The next two cards use the 1/4 Circle Punch to punch centers for each flower. I then added a Basic Rhinestone jewel to the center of each blossom for a different look.
This way it makes the image more versatile so you don't have to have it say "hello" if you don't want. Plus, who doesn't like a little bling!?
I also used the Tiny Tags set along with the Jewelry Tag Punch on this set of cards. If you haven't already, make sure to order the Hello Blossoms stamp while it's still available.

Wisteria Field Flowers
Love the Field Flowers stamp set and the color combo of Wisteria Wonder & Concord Crush, so I really like how this card turned out.
I also used several other stamp sets to complete the collage look...Elizabeth inked in Soft Suede, French Foliage (the splatter marks) inked in Wisteria Wonder, Watercolor Trio (retired) for the greeting inked in Concord Crush, and French Background (retired) inked in Crumb Cake.
Have a beautiful day!

Heart Shaped Balloon
Today is my husband and my 26th wedding anniversary...hard to believe it has been that long! (I was just a child bride, haha!) Anyways...here is the card I made for him.
Up & Away is one of my favorite new sets. I like it because it can be used for so many different occasions and can be feminine or as in this case masculine. I used my Full Heart punch to punch out the heart and then ran it thru the Big Shot using one of the Texturz Plates inked with Not Quite Navy Craft Ink. The white circle was cut from Glossy Card stock and then sponged with Marina Mist ink.

Cutest Little Snowman
I don't even want to be thinking about snow right now, but I couldn't resist inking up the super cute new set Snow Much Fun. I couldn't wait to pair it up with the Northern Flurry Embossing Folder for a simple one layer card that would be easy to duplicate for making multiple Christmas cards.
Tied to the center of the bow is one of the Mini Jingle Bells...which is just one of the new accessories that will be available in the upcoming Holiday Mini Catalog.
Stamps: Snow Much Fun & Tiny Tags
Card stock: Certainly Celery & Shimmery White
Ink: Black Stazon, Marina Mist, Certainly Celery & various Classic Ink to watercolor
Accessories: Marina Mist Scallop Dot Ribbon, Mini Jingle Bells, Scallop Trim Border & Jewelry Tag punches, Basic Rhinestones, Aqua Painter & Northern Flurry Embossing Folder

Fabulous Floret Thank You
A friend came over to stamp with me and brought a whole bag of fun stuff to play with...including the Fabulous Florets stamp set. I really need to get this set!
I love the long stem leafy image...I stamped it all over on the Wild Wasabi card stock with coordinating ink and then ran it thru the Big Shot using the Square Lattice Embossing Folder. The flower image was stamped in Rich Razzleberry and then sponged with Pumpkin Pie, Melon Mambo & Rich Razzleberry. The sentiment is from Three Little Words. I finished off the card with some of my favorite new ribbon...the Scallop Dots grosgrain in Basic Black and a Basic Jewel Rhinestone for the center of the flower.
Thanks for stopping by today and thanks to my friend Rachel for bringing her bag of goodies when she came to play.
