I had a lot of photos to use, so I cropped several of them to 3 inches tall and matted them on Basic Black card stock punched with the now retired Spiral Edge Punch to look like a film strip. This way I was able to fit a whopping 11 photos on these two pages! While there are still a lot of fun elements to look at, I still think the photos stand out as the most important elements of all. Here's a closer look at the left page...
The stamped images on these pages were stamped in VersaMark and embossed using Black EP. The "strings" on the balloons and to hold the banner is Basic Black card stock cut into very thin strips.
Check out my scrappin' buddy...Stevie. I got up to go get something from the other room and when I came back he was sitting in my spot looking like he was ready to work on the page. He even had his little paws up on the table, but by the time I grabbed the camera this is what I got. Still cute tho...but I'm kinda partial!
For more details on these pages, keep scrolling down to my last post. Thanks for stopping by today...it's always nice to know that people are actually looking/reading this stuff I take time to post, so as always, I'd LOVE to hear any comments you may have.
Love this scrapbook page! So fun!!!
ReplyDeleteStevie is a cutie! He has that look like, I'm not doing anything Mom, honest!! I have SIX cats and if a chair is left out, that's their invite to join the fun! Although, some of them don't even need that invite! haha!
ReplyDeleteThe scrapbook pages are beautiful. I need to get scrapping again, but I love my cards so much I just keep making them instead.
Love your Stevie ... keeping your spot warm (or maybe pondering which stamp he wants to use?)! Keep up the great work!
