It's Here...It's Here!!!

Hi there! Just wanted to post an update so you all don't think I had to resort to a life of crime after yesterdays post! hehehe Yesterday turned into a good mail day...without me even having to hijack a UPS truck! Not only did I get the boxes of new SU! catalogs, I also got a box filled with some beautiful Cosmo Cricket papers I had ordered from their new Haunted line. I can't wait to make some page with these; but what I really can't wait for even more is to get some of the fantastic new SU! sets in my hands!

I can seriously say that I think this is the best catalog since I've become a demo! I think there is a good variety of sets that will appeal to a variety of people, and unfortunately for my bank account...way too many appeal to me!

I think the cover is just beautiful, despite the fact that it doesn't look like "Fall~Winter" to me. It even has a die-cut scallop edge on the front...how cool is that?! Another great feature added to this catalog is that on the pages featuring the designer papers, they list the color palette of colors featured in that paper. Since SU! is no longer doing the little technique booklets, they have also added a technique page at the start of each section. The samples are just gorgeous too!

The Holidays & the All Natural sections of the catalog are always my favorites. Here's a couple photos of my favorite pages in the Holidays section.

Of course I'd pick a Halloween page as my favorite! I love both of these new sets shown on these two pages...especially the one on the left called House of Haunts with it's matching Haunting wheel. As you can see I've been busy making my Wish/Want list! One of my favorite new Christmas sets is even on sale for 15% off from the time the catalog goes live on Monday right thru the end of September! It's the set on the top left called Snow Swirls.
