Here is the card I made for my Dad using the new set - Autumn Days . I really love the new Soft Suede color and it works really well with this masculine color scheme of Not Quite Navy, Always Artichoke & More Mustard.
To create this scene I inked up the pheasant image in Soft Suede and then thumped on a little Dusty Durango and Always Artichoke using my markers. It sure is nice having markers in the new In Colors! I stamped the pheasant and then masked the image while I stamped the wheat and grasses.
The Soft Suede piece of card stock was ran through the Big Shot using the Harlequin Texturz Plate. I love the new set Teeny Tiny Wishes...I used that for the sentiment and cut it out using the Word Window punch layered on the Designer label. This set is going to be very useful! I like that it will work great with many of our punches.
Unfortunately I will not get to spend the day with my Dad as he lives in another state. I will be having a nice dinner for my hubby who has been a wonderful Dad to our boys...and it looks like it's going to be a beautiful day. I hope you have a wonderful day spent with the fathers in your life!

Perfect color scheme. It's masculine without being too "fallish" and ideal for this occasion. I love the Father's Day embellishment and the way you used the stick looking stamp as the background on the artichoke layer. As usual, your attention to details makes this card a beauty.
